Movement Health Physicals
Similar to how you should get your oral health regularly checked, we believe that your movement system’s “vital signs” such as joint range of motion, muscle strength/endurance, and movement pattern health should be regularly checked as well. Deficits in these “vital signs” are what often lead to eventual pain, dsyfunction, and injury.
Plan of Action
Based on the data we gather from your Movement Health Physical, we will set you up with an actionable plan to address any deficits you may have and keep you healthy for the long run. Our goal is for you to feel empowered to work on these independently until your next Movement Health Physical 6 months down the road.
